In Kovalam the season spreads into three seasons, High Season, Moderate Season, Low Season and different tariff applies in each season.
- Bookings will be confirmed once advance payment is made towards the Hotel bank account.
- Check in 1 pm and Check out is 12:00 noon.
- All rooms are double rooms for twin accommodation with en-suit bath room.
- Children below 5 years complimentary and from 10 years requires Extra bed.
- Extra adult bed cost Rs.500/- in Non A.C. & A.C. Rooms per day.
- Full refund will be given before 7 days and 50% refund will be given before 3 days and no refund on cancellation before 48hrs .Cancellation for the High Season( December-January )full refund will be given before 30 days and 50% refund will be given be fore 15 days and No refund will be given before 7 days.
- In case of emergency rooms may be shifted to equally good hotels.
- The prices are indicative and the management reserves the right to change the prices.
